Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
About the Role We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Painter and Decorator to join our busy in-house team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes for our residential and commercial clients across the Hull and East Riding region. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation: Thoroughly prepare surfaces by sanding, filling cracks, cleaning, and applying primers to ensure an optimal finish.
Painting & Decorating: Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Confidently hang wallpaper when required.
Colour Matching: Mix and match paints accurately to achieve client specifications and project requirements.
Site Maintenance: Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and safe during and after the completion of projects.
Time Management: Manage your time effectively to ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to a 5-star standard.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience (minimum [Insert #] years) as a professional painter and decorator.
Strong knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and wallpapering.
Valid UK Driving Licence and own transport (preferred, but not strictly essential).
Valid CSCS Card (preferred).
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
