*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Planner, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. Your expertise in data entry, clerical tasks, and utilisation of software tools such as QuickBooks and Google Suite will be essential for success in this position. *Responsibilities* - Coordinate and manage scheduling and planning activities to ensure timely completion of projects. - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. - Provide administrative support including clerical duties, filing, and document management. - Utilise QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as required. - Maintain effective communication with team members via phone and email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications. - Organise office operations and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Support the team with various office tasks as needed, ensuring a collaborative work environment. *Requirements* - Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable. - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. - Previous experience in an office environment is preferred. - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. - Familiarity with clerical duties and administrative processes. - Competence in using computerised systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
