Salary: £30,886.61
Hours: 40 per week
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Job Summary:

The Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient release, booking, and fulfilment of patient assessments while working towards monthly performance targets. Working under the direction of the Fulfilment SME, the role ensures assessments are processed accurately and efficiently, while supporting patients and clinicians to access and manage their assessments.

The role plays a key part in the day-to-day operation of fulfilment activities, including managing inboxes, resolving queries, coordinating changes, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and service. The Fulfilment Coordinator may also support other teams across the business to ensure the smooth delivery of assessment services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Delivery & Quality

Ensure the release, booking and fulfilment of patient assessments, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
Conduct quality assurance checks to make sure that all assessments are correctly booked and filled.
Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and service delivery.

Training & Development

Support new and existing team members
Assist with the smooth running of the academy and help facilitate moving assessment for clinical training
Ensure the timely releasing of supervisions and sending out drumbeats to new clinical starters

Data, Reporting & Service Improvement

Support the Fulfilment SME with data requests and any additional requirements.
Ensure KPIs and timeframes are met when working on tables.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across fulfilment systems.
Contribute to service improvement initiatives by providing open and honest feedback to enhance operational performance.

Patient & Stakeholder Experience

Ensure fulfilment activities support a seamless and positive experience for patients and clinicians.
Build effective working relationships with clinicians and internal departments to support efficient service delivery.
Ensure patient and company employees emails are responded to within agreed timeframes
Promote ADHD360's values and contribute to a culture of professionalism, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Skills & Knowledge

Experience working in a fast-paced administrative or operational environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong understanding of administrative processes, quality standards and data accuracy.
Experience using operational data and performance metrics to monitor and improve service delivery.
Knowledge of GDPR, confidentiality and information governance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
