Job description – Groundworker/Labourer
Green Retreats is a specialist company in the planning, building and installation of luxury outdoor buildings. We are currently looking to recruit skilled people to join our existing team based on Westcott Venture Park, Buckinghamshire.
You will be working on customers' properties, so you must be quality-focused, well-mannered, presentable and have a can-do attitude. Jobs are located across the UK. You will work as part of a team.
A full UK manual driving license, held for a minimum of 12 months is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Loading and unloading vehicles of materials
· Mapping out of piles
· Digging piles in accordance with SOP
· Setting out piles and levelling
· Laying floor panels ready for install
· Positioning of roof panels ready for install
· Trenching, when required
· Assisting other departments, when required
· Stayaways, when required
No experience necessary, full training will be given. Must be physically fit and able to work outside in all weathers, all year round

The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check.
Due to our location, we require all applicants to have a full and manual driver's license with access to their own vehicle. We are based between Aylesbury and Bicester on Westcott Venture Park, just off the A41.
