Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all accounting processes. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help maintain seamless financial management, supporting the overall success of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in financial services and accounting software while contributing to a vibrant team environment.

Duties

Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision and timeliness.
Maintain and update financial records using leading accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and compliant with company policies.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, preparing necessary reports for management review.
Support financial management activities by preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
Collaborate with team members to mentor junior staff on best practices in accounting procedures and software use.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls across all financial processes.

Skills

Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft.
Strong understanding of financial services industry standards and practices.
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting principles and procedures.
Ability to manage accounts payable processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Skilled in using financial management tools for reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.
Demonstrated mentoring abilities to support team development and knowledge sharing.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
