Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional nail services while providing outstanding guest experiences. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a welcoming environment, contributing to client satisfaction and business growth. The position involves working in a dynamic setting where creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication are highly valued.

Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and care.
Provide specialised services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage upon client request.
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling enquiries efficiently.
Utilise social media management skills to promote services, share updates, and engage with clients online to enhance brand visibility.
Upsell additional treatments and retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health and safety regulations.
Manage guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied with their experience.
Assist with management tasks when required, supporting the overall organisation of the salon or spa environment.

Skills

Proven expertise in nail treatments along with knowledge of eyelash extensions and makeup application.
Strong management skills with the ability to organise appointments efficiently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanour and professional attitude.
Experience in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients online.
Competence in front desk operations including booking systems and client communication.
Additional skills such as deep tissue massage or barbering are advantageous but not essential.
Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members.
Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
