About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager and Home Manager to ensure residents receive the highest standard of nursing care and support. You will play a key role in assessing, planning and delivering personalised care, while leading by example and promoting excellent clinical practice throughout the home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Developing and reviewing care plans to ensure residents' needs are consistently met.
- Undertaking clinical observations and responding appropriately to changes in residents' wellbeing.
- Administering and managing medications safely in line with company policy.
- Working collaboratively with residents, families, GPs and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Supporting safeguarding practices and maintaining the highest standards of resident welfare.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and helping maintain excellent regulatory compliance standards.

- Are a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
