Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Laundry Worker and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hospitality environment. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for efficiently processing linens, towels, uniforms, and other fabric items to ensure they meet our high standards of hygiene and quality. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Duties

Operate laundry machines and equipment safely and effectively to wash, dry, and fold linens and garments
Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and washing requirements to prevent damage and ensure optimal cleaning results
Inspect all items for stains, tears, or other damages, reporting issues promptly for repair or replacement
Maintain cleanliness of the laundry area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized regularly
Follow established procedures for handling delicate fabrics or special cleaning instructions
Manage inventory of laundry supplies such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning agents
Assist with delivering clean linens to designated areas promptly to support smooth operational flow

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality laundry environment is highly preferred
Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment operation and safety protocols
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads comfortably
