Overview

We're looking for a confident, hungry and motivated Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to work with our growing sales team on a commission-only basis.

Your role will focus on outbound cold calling to businesses across the United States, speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed basic salary. In return, there is no cap on what you can earn - your income will be directly linked to your results.

We'll provide the systems, scripts, leads and support. You bring the confidence, consistency and drive to make it happen.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound cold calls to prospective businesses across the US
Speaking with business owners and key decision-makers
Introducing our services and generating interest
Qualifying potential clients
Booking qualified sales appointments and demonstrations
Following up with interested prospects
Using our proven scripts and sales processes
Recording calls, notes and appointments within our CRM
Handling objections and keeping conversations natural and engaging

Who We're Looking For

This role would suit someone who:

Is confident speaking to people on the phone
Has excellent spoken English
Is motivated by money and performance
Is comfortable working on a commission-only basis
Can handle rejection without becoming discouraged
Is self-motivated and able to manage their own performance
Is confident speaking with business owners
Wants uncapped earning potential rather than a fixed salary

Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, telesales or B2B sales experience is an advantage, but we're ultimately looking for someone who can communicate, perform and generate results.

Commission

This is a 100% commission-based role with no guaranteed basic salary.
