Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Waiter to join our wonderful team in The Billiards, our fine dining Chinese restaurant.

The on target earning potential for this Waiter role is £33,560 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £27,560, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

As a Waiter in The Billiards Room, you’ll be delivering a warm and memorable dining experience for every guest who visits our fine dining Chinese restaurant.
Your main focus will be serving food and beverages throughout the day—covering lunch and dinner services—with a commitment to excellence.
You’ll take pride in every task, playing an essential role as part of our Food Beverage team, ensuring that the space is always set up for success.
Whether addressing guest inquiries with care or resolving any concerns with a positive attitude, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and ambiance will be key, particularly during our busy dinner periods.
Additionally, your skills in upselling and encouraging your teammates will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and memorable.
