Job Summary

Job Description:

Edenmore House is a modern, well-established venue that hosts private functions, corporate events, and weddings. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual who is striving to build a career in the hospitality and leisure industry.

We seek to recruit a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing administrator to help drive the business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with energy, strong commercial awareness, excellent influencing skills and previous experience in conference and events sales. Main responsibilities include managing our accommodation, communicating with the Hospitality department & Head Chef regarding forthcoming events. Retaining and developing existing clients. Developing sales and marketing plans to achieve set targets. Liaise with Conference, Wedding and Function users. The correct applicant must be able to communicate professionally and have the ability to generate new business.

The successful applicant should:

Be confident planning and organising their own workload
Continually strive to achieve personal goals and objectives
Have extensive social media skills
Demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills
Ability to build effective and constructive relationships
Be uncompromising in achieving Company standards fulfilling the role with a high level of attention to detail
Be able to work effectively as part of a team, across multiple departments to ensure the business operates effectively on a day to day basis with accurate up-to-date information.
Demonstrate flexibility within the role, adapting to the business's demands.
Be able to Network and build relationships with potential customers at local and regional networking events.
Be able to identify ways of improving sales through a variety of channels including phone, face-to-face, and online
Be able to Plan and maintain regular email communication with existing databases.
Be able to Update websites and social media sites to ensure customer information is current.
Record and maintain key performance targets each month including sale conversion rates & recording of all enquiries.
Be available for a flexible working week, including intermittent weekends.

Upon completion of training, the successful applicant will be expected to:

Be confident to show people around who are potentially interested in Functions, Weddings, Private & Corporate Events
Be able to contact companies regarding conferences or corporate hospitality

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
