WJ Surface Treatments are Europe’s leading surface preparation and surface coatings specialist. Our expertise lies in specialist surface preparation and coatings for the marine, commercial, commercial, aviation and various other industries. For many years we have worked alongside industrial and commercial businesses and for specialist operations in the marine and aviation sectors.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operative to join our team, focusing on surface preparation and coatings. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks including captive blasting, planning, retexturing, diamond grinding, and specialist coating applications. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel extensively within the UK and occasionally across Europe.

What you need?

Valid UK Driving Licence
CSCS card holder (preferred)
Previous experience in surface works (preferred)
NVQ Level 2 (preferred)
Able/willing to travel extensively and stay away from home as required by project demands
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
Able to pass a safety critical medical
