About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a varied role and is looking to further develop their career across recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
Working closely with the Group HR Director, Senior HR Advisor and managers across the business, you will play a key role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle. From attracting and onboarding talented individuals to maintaining accurate HR records and providing support on employee relations matters, you'll help ensure our people receive an excellent HR service.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across the Group.
- Create and advertise vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels.
- Screen applications and manage candidate communications.
- Arrange interviews and assessment activities.
- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new starters.
- Maintain recruitment data and provide regular reports on vacancies and hiring activity.
Employee Relations
- Provide administrative and coordination support for employee relations matters and advise managers with general employment issues.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting invitations and supporting documentation.
- Attend meetings and take accurate notes where required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential and compliant employee records.
HR Administration
- Supporting and providing cover for the HR administrator, including on-boarding & off-boarding employees, inductions, administering employee changes, e.g. salary changes, variation to contracts, internal transfers, etc.
- Supporting HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in an HR Administration / HR Coordination role.
- Has a good understanding of HR processes and employment law.
- Has previous experience supporting employee relations cases, particularly disciplinaries.
- Has strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable manner, enabling them to represent the company positively and confidently conducting initial screening interviews.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and administrative skills.

- Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Takes a proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable
- CIPD qualification.
- Experience coordinating recruitment campaigns and managing candidates.
