Banana Moon Day Nurseries is excited to welcome a skilled and passionate Level 3 Early Years Professional to our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 0-5 years, providing high-quality care and educational support within a nurturing environment.

You will collaborate closely with other practitioners and families to develop tailored learning plans that foster each child's development. We value creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous professional development, and we offer a supportive workplace where your contributions are appreciated and encouraged.

Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for delivering high-quality care and early education.
Valid Enhanced DBS check for working with children.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
