Requirements

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience working in an early years or nursery setting.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Passion for delivering high-quality care and early education.

Valid Enhanced DBS check for working with children.
