REFORMER PILATES INSTRUCTOR - SUNDAY CLASSES

The Studio at Physical Balance – Basingstoke

Are you a confident, passionate Reformer Pilates instructor looking to join a professional, supportive and growing team in a professional and friendly environment?

The Studio at Physical Balance is a, 5* rated boutique studio with an impressive membership base having launched just over two years ago within Physical Balance, an established, award-winning Health & Wellbeing practice in Basingstoke.

We have a fabulous team of 9 dedicated part time teachers who offer high-quality Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, Barre and yoga classes in a semiprivate or small group settings (max 8), alongside 1:1. We are open weekdays and evenings and also offer daytime classes on Saturdays and Sundays. We have an opportunity for specifically our Sunday classes to help support our growth with excellent benefits and opportunities for a successful candidate.

The Role

You’ll be leading small group Reformer classes (maximum 8 clients), semiprivate sessions (maximum four clients) with the potential to add private 1:1’s delivering safe, engaging and results-driven sessions operated at various levels.

You will:

Lead confident, dynamic and well-structured Reformer classes
Adapt sessions for mixed abilities and individual needs
Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining technical excellence
Support clients in progressing towards their goals
Teach consecutive classes where required
Manage light class admin (client check-in and in-person queries)
Where appropriate, collaborate on studio promotion and social content

Required

Recognised Pilates reformer qualification with appropriate insurance.
Minimum 6 months’ teaching
Experience of working with clients of all ages and abilities
Excellent communication skills and teaching style
Passionate about Pilates and client experience and service
