Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Audit Manager to join our growing team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to lead audit engagements, mentor talented professionals, and contribute to the continued success of a dynamic organization. What you'll do:

Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through completion.
Review financial statements and audit documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact.
Supervise, mentor, and support the development of audit team members.
Identify business risks and recommend practical solutions.
Monitor audit timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management and clients.
Support business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships.
Drive process improvements and contribute to the growth of the audit function.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of auditing, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and audit or accounting software.
A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Previous audit, accounting, finance, or professional services experience is beneficial.
A professional accounting qualification is advantageous but not essential for candidates with relevant experience.
