Full job description

Location: Hitchin
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Positions Available: Multiple

We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Restaurant & Hotel Operations Managers. The main responsibility will be managing the day-to-day operations of our Plan Burrito franchise, along with assisting with hotel guest check-ins and general guest support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the Plan Burrito restaurant
Supervise and coordinate staff and daily tasks
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness and food safety
Manage stock and assist with ordering and suppliers
Handle customer queries and resolve day-to-day issues
Manage hotel guest check-ins and check-outs
Assist hotel guests with questions and requests
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the restaurant and hotel

Requirements

Previous restaurant, hospitality, retail or management experience is preferred but not essential
Full training will be provided
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organised and responsible
Able to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Immediate starts available. Multiple full-time permanent positions are available.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
