We're looking for a Full Time Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to join the team in our North Hertfordshire Jewellery Centre, near Hitchin. This role will play a key part in supporting the growth of our digital presence, with a particular focus on social media, digital campaigns and engaging our online audiences.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has started building their career in digital marketing and is now ready to take the next step. They will have 1-2 years' commercial experience and be ready to develop their skills within an established, creative brand.
Working alongside our Marketing Manager and marketing team, you'll help make sure the content created across the business reaches the right audiences, reflects our brand, and delivers results.
What you'll be doing
You'll be working closely with the wider Marketing Team to maintain a consistent and high-quality brand presence across our digital channels, including:
- Managing the day-to-day running of our social media channels ( planning, scheduling and publishing content).
- Using Meta Business Suite for organic and paid social campaigns.
- Working with content from our designers, goldsmith and marketing team to create engaging social posts and campaigns.
- Helping identify social media trends and new opportunities to increase engagement and reach.
- Monitoring social media performance and using insights to understand what's working and improve future content.
- Supporting digital advertising campaigns across different platforms.
- Supporting the creation and editing of website content, articles, customer stories and other marketing materials.
About you
We're looking for someone with:
- 1–2 years' commercial experience in digital marketing and social media.
- A strong understanding of different social media platforms and what makes content engaging for each audience type.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, including managing social content and some exposure to paid digital adverts.
- An excellent eye for imagery, content and brand presentation.
- Experience in using performance data and insights to improve organic and paid content.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- An organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage different priorities.
- Experience updating and managing website content or using other digital marketing tools would be an advantage.
- Experience within a premium, luxury, design-led, or lifestyle brand would be an advantage.
