Belgrave Cosmetics is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced, qualified Aesthetic Practitioner or Beauty Therapist to join our team on a full-time, employed basis.
Client demand is growing, and we need a confident practitioner who can step into a busy, professionally managed clinic and deliver advanced aesthetic treatments to a consistently high standard.
This is not an entry-level or newly qualified position. Applicants must already hold recognised Level 3 or Level 4 qualifications, or an equivalent qualification, and have practical experience delivering advanced treatments in a clinic or salon environment.

The Role
As a full-time Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for carrying out consultations and delivering a range of advanced treatments based on your existing qualifications, training and experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering safe, professional and high-quality aesthetic treatments
- Conducting thorough client consultations
- Recommending suitable treatment plans and packages
- Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
- Providing excellent pre-treatment and aftercare guidance
- Supporting client rebooking, retention and treatment-plan completion
- Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation and professionalism
- Representing the Belgrave Cosmetics brand during every client interaction
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 or Level 4 beauty therapy, laser or aesthetics qualification, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Have proven hands-on experience working in an aesthetic clinic, beauty clinic or professional salon environment
- Already be trained and experienced in at least one of the following areas:
- Laser hair removal
- Fat freezing or cryolipolysis
- Body sculpting
- HIFU
- Radio frequency skin tightening
- HydraFacial, HydrO2Facial or similar advanced facial treatments
- Hold valid and up-to-date certificates for the treatments you currently perform
- Be confident conducting client consultations and recommending appropriate treatments
- Have strong communication and client-care skills
- Be reliable, punctual and committed to a full-time position
- Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, appearance and attention to detail
- Be comfortable working towards treatment, rebooking and client-retention targets

You Do Not Need to Be Trained in Every Treatment
You must already be qualified and experienced in the aesthetic or beauty industry, but you do not need to be trained in every treatment we offer.
Candidates who are highly experienced in one or more treatment areas are encouraged to apply. Additional training may be provided to help the successful applicant broaden their treatment knowledge and develop within the clinic.
