Property Coordinator – Residential Sales & Lettings
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Property Coordinator to join our busy Residential Sales and Lettings team. This is a varied role that combines office administration with client-facing responsibilities, including conducting property viewings and tenancy check-ins. Property experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. However, we are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, a strong administrative background, and excellent attention to detail who is eager to build a career in the property industry.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Lettings teams.
Conduct accompanied property viewings with prospective tenants and buyers, delivering an excellent customer experience.
Carry out tenancy check-ins, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and professionally.
Arrange and coordinate property viewings, inspections, valuations, and appointments.
Prepare tenancy agreements, sales paperwork, and other property documentation.
Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with a high level of accuracy.
Liaise confidently with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, contractors, and solicitors.
Coordinate compliance documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
Process tenant referencing and support tenancy renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate updates to all parties.
Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries.
Support the wider team with general office administration and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Experience
Previous experience in property or estate agency is welcome but not essential. We are happy to consider candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate excellent customer service, strong administration skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right person.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
