Full job description

Job Title: Packer & Customer Service

3-5 days a week

We are an e-commerce led brand, with over 2,000 SKU's. We are looking for someone who wants to join an exciting, growing online business. This role is specifically picking and packing customers' orders into boxes with shipping labels for them to be sent out across the UK.

Responsibilities:
- Pack items into designated containers according to company standards and customer requirements
- Ensure accuracy and quality of packed items
- Inspect and remove defective products or materials
- Label packages with appropriate information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

-Answer phone calls & customer emails regarding orders and enquiries

Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good hand-eye coordination for handling and packing items
- Basic math skills for counting and sorting items
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

-Basic customer service ability

-Basic IT and admin skills for emails and our website software.
