Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Administrator/Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a wide range of administrative functions,. The ideal candidate will bring energy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to office management, fostering a productive and positive workplace culture.

Duties

Oversee daily office operations, including clerical tasks, scheduling engineers, liaising with clients
Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to uphold the company’s positive image
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Handle human resources responsibilities such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening candidates, and assisting with interview scheduling.
Proven experience in office administration or management roles with strong clerical and organizational skills.
Previous experience in office settings that involved administrative support duties is highly desirable.
experienced in utilizing CRM platforms to manage client data

This position is a full time position but we may accept part time for the right person.
