Full job description

We are looking for a highly energetic Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team at The Retreat, Elcot Park. This role is a rare Monday to Friday role covering breakfast and lunch.

Our 55-bedroom hotel has been transformed to offer bespoke designed bedrooms, two new exciting restaurant concepts, a state of the art spa with hot and cold tubs on the lawn, and many more experiences to offer our guests in the heart of the Berkshire countryside.

You will:

Lead an effective and consistent breakfast experience for our guests at the hotel.
Be present on the floor, whilst communicating effectively with the back of house and kitchen team.
Uphold service standards, by being present on the floor and attentive to all guests.
Ensure that all team members are trained to the Company standard.
Stay up to date with menu knowledge and all menu changes.
Undertake and participate in any training and development opportunities as assigned for your role.
Hold briefing meetings before each service involving all restaurant and bar team members.
Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Hygiene, Health and Safety are being followed.
