Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced General Multi-Skilled Handyperson to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of repair, installation, and maintenance tasks across our facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Plumbing

Painting

Laying of LVT

Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs within our property
Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.Experience
Proven experience in general maintenance or multi-skilled handyperson roles within industrial or commercial settings.
Strong electrical knowledge, including experience with electrical systems and schematics.
Mechanical expertise with a solid understanding of machinery repair and maintenance procedures.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
