Maintenance Administrator

Selmec (Lincoln) Ltd is a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Contractor based in Lincoln and operating across the East Midlands, working for a variety of clients in the Commercial, Education, Health Care and Housing sectors.

Increased workload has opened a position for a full time Maintenance Administrator to join our successful team.

You will be required to work within the maintenance department undertaking various task such as –

· Using internal systems to organise planned and reactive works (full training will be given)

· Responding to enquiries and working with the field team to resolve maintenance issues through to completion.

· Issuing of certificates for compliance to our customers

· Assisting in generation and finalising job cards generated from the field teams

· Working with suppliers to ensure materials are ordered & delivered on time

· Managing tasks for our internal and external teams, ensuring maximum efficiency in delivering our maintenance service to our clients

· Working with external contractors

· Assisting line-managers in the office and out on site with general duties.

· Participate in client meetings to track progress and performance

· Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels.

Good communication, numeracy and IT skills are all important, as is the ability to work as part of a team while also having plenty of your own initiative. Strong problem solving, attention to detail and a desire to come up with practical solutions will also stand you in good stead.

This position would ideally suit an experienced administrator and/or someone with a facilities background, however all levels of experience will be considered.

Please note - we are based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, UK.

Working Hours – 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

28 days holiday (inc B/H).

Full PPE provided where necessary.

Very good rates of pay, in line with local standards
