Experienced B2C Sales Closer | Qualified Leads | Uncapped Commission

We are looking for an experienced, proven sales closer to join our growing residential renewable energy business.

This is not an entry-level sales position or a lead-generation role. We provide qualified inbound enquiries for Solar PV, battery storage and heat pump installations, and are looking for someone who is confident sitting in front of homeowners, presenting the right solution and turning genuine opportunities into signed business.

You should be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience closing B2C sales face-to-face
A strong track record of converting qualified enquiries into signed deals
Confidence selling higher-value, considered purchases to homeowners
Excellent presentation, objection-handling and closing skills
Experience in Solar PV, battery storage and/or heat pumps is highly desirable, although not essential for an exceptional B2C closer

About the Role

Eaasy Heat Ltd is expanding its residential renewable energy sales team and is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to convert qualified customer enquiries into confirmed installations.

You will meet homeowners in their properties, understand their energy usage, heating requirements and objectives, and present tailored Solar PV, battery storage, heat pump and integrated home-energy solutions, supported by our technical and design teams.

There is no cold calling. Your primary focus is converting the qualified opportunities provided to you.

The Person We're Looking For

Above all, we're looking for someone who knows how to close.

Ideally, you'll have:

Strong face-to-face B2C sales experience
A demonstrable record of achieving sales and conversion targets
Experience selling Solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps or other renewable technologies
Alternatively, a successful background in high-value home improvements such as boilers, windows, kitchens, roofing or similar considered purchases
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
The ability to explain technical products and financial benefits in a straightforward, customer-friendly way
A disciplined approach to follow-up and pipeline management
A professional and trustworthy approach when visiting customers' homes
A genuinely performance-driven mindset

Earnings & Package

The intended structure is an initial retainer while you complete training, develop the required product knowledge and begin converting your pipeline, progressing to a commission-only structure with uncapped earning potential.

A fuel allowance will also be provided for customer appointments.

The exact retainer, commission structure and transition period will be discussed with the successful candidate and will reflect their experience and proven sales performance.

For the right salesperson, the proposition is simple: we provide qualified opportunities and technical support; your earnings are driven by your ability to convert them.

Training & Technical Support

You'll be supported by our technical and design teams and receive training covering:

Solar PV and battery storage systems
Air source heat pumps and associated heating system requirements
Integrated home-energy solutions
Product and manufacturer knowledge
System design principles
Customer energy and savings analysis
Available grants and relevant customer funding options
Proposal and design software
Sales compliance
The complete customer journey from initial survey through to installation
