Watchmaker – Watch Repair UK

Location: Dunsop Bridge, Lancashire
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per year
Position: Full-time, on-site

Watch Repair UK is a specialist watch-repair company based in a superb countryside workshop in Dunsop Bridge, in Lancashire’s Forest of Bowland.

We are a friendly, relaxed team of six people who care deeply about excellent workmanship and exceptional service. We offer a genuine alternative to the pressure and formality of a large corporate service centre. Our workshop has a refreshing atmosphere: professional and quality-focused, but personal, supportive and enjoyable.

We are looking for a qualified watchmaker—WOSTEP, BHI or equivalent—or an experienced professional with a strong technical background to join our growing team.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing complete watch services to a consistently high standard
Working confidently with common Swiss movements, including the ETA 7750, 2892 and 2824, as well as similar calibres
Carrying out repairs such as crown, glass and pusher replacements
Diagnosing faults accurately
Ensuring every completed repair meets our quality-control standards

Experience in watch refurbishment and case or bracelet polishing would be an advantage, although it is not essential.
