Part-Time Scheduler / Administrator

Elite South Ltd – Tuckton, Bournemouth

Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm
Office-based

Elite South Ltd is looking for an organised and experienced Scheduler / Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis at our Tuckton office.

This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who is confident managing multiple jobs at once, communicating with clients, residents and engineers, and ensuring works are organised and progressed efficiently from initial instruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and coordinating works for our engineers
Liaising with clients, residents and customers regarding appointments, works and progress updates
Maintaining clear communication with engineers throughout each job
Reviewing engineers’ job updates and photographs to ensure the required information has been provided
Identifying and organising further or additional works where required
Preparing and sending quotations and invoices
Updating job records, spreadsheets and internal systems accurately
Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
Arranging scaffolding and other access requirements
Following up outstanding works and ensuring jobs continue to progress
Managing changes to schedules and resolving day-to-day issues
Providing general administrative support to the wider team

About You

The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident communicating with a range of people. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

Previous scheduling experience is essential.

You should also have:

Strong written communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Good attention to detail
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple jobs simultaneously
Confidence using Microsoft Excel, email and general office systems
A practical, problem-solving approach
The ability to work independently while being part of a wider team
Experience within maintenance, construction, property services or a similar industry would be advantageous

Working Hours

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9:00am–5:00pm
Based at our Tuckton office in Bournemouth

This is a great opportunity for an experienced scheduler or administrator looking for a permanent part-time position within a busy, friendly and growing company.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
