Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional front-desk support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator with strong organisational skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls using proper phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately.
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Mail, QuickBooks, Apptoto
Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
Assist with general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Support team members with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
Handle correspondence via email and phone, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare reports and documents as required for meetings or management review.

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
Experience with clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service or front-desk roles is advantageous but not essential.
