Summary

A Billings and Invoicing Administrator role has become available in our busy office in Portland, Dorset. We would love to find a motivated and self-organised person to support our customer invoicing experience and undertake various billing tasks.

Our little office is a fast-paced environment so our ideal candidate should be able to prioritise their workload and be able to work autonomously within a vibrant team. This role would suit someone with childcare considerations, we can be flexible with hours to accommodate school runs and holiday cover.

Responsibilities

Utilise inhouse software to process invoices and maintain billing records
Input billing information accurately
Analyse billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
Invoice verification and reconciliation
Address and resolve any inconsistencies with carriers or service providers.
Aged debtor support
Financial reporting
Customer query resolution
Account reconciliation
Credit and collections management
Documentation and record keeping
Collaboration and communication
Uploading receipts to the expenses system

The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, be a team player with demonstratable strong organisational skills. They will be detail orientated and able to communicate at various levels. a good numerical skills are essential.
