Experienced Full-Time Butcher

Hours 42 hours per week

Full-time, permanent position

Salary

Competitive salary, dependent on experience

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic Full-Time Butcher to join our team.

The successful candidate must have:

Proven experience as a butcher.

Excellent knowledge of all butchery cuts and preparation techniques.

A high standard of hygiene and food safety.

A clean and tidy approach to work.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic.

Honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and presenting a wide range of meat cuts to a high standard.

Serving and advising customers with friendly, professional service.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the work area.

Ensuring stock is handled correctly and food safety standards are always met.

Supporting colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the butcher's shop.
