Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team 2/3 days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective running of the pharmacy.

Duties

accurately dispense prescribed medications.
Ensure legal compliance, checking prescriptions for errors or potential interactions.
Educate patients about their medications, including proper administration techniques and potential side effects.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Offer professional advice on minor health issues
Deliver services like emergency contraception, Pharmacy first, weight management, travel vaccinations.
Supervise pharmacy staff.

Experience

GPHC registered pharmacist.
Previous experience working in a community pharmacy is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
