Moose Toys is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Team in Cornwall.
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive group, this role will be responsible for maintaining an effective and professional accounts receivable process.

The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an effective and professional accounts receivable process across our UK & EU base. You will manage ledger transactions, ensuring that payments are received, recorded, and processed accurately and on time.
Working closely with customers and internal teams you will be providing a high level of customer service. Ensuring timely responses and resolution support.
You will also be responsible for accurately inputting invoices onto the customer portals and being a proactive team member helping to ensure the smooth running of the accounts receivable function.
What We’re Looking For
Someone motivated and excited for a career in Finance.
Previous experience of working within an Accounts team or a similar role with transferable skills is highly desirable
Must be comfortable using Excel. A working understanding of pivot table and lookups would be advantageous, or a willingness to upskill and learn
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Positive, team-first attitude, driven by curiosity and a proactive approach to ongoing learning and continuous development
European language desirable but not essential
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
