What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, no two days are the same. You’ll learn how to:
- Build relationships with Life Sciences companies and professionals
- Speak with candidates and clients over the phone and on LinkedIn
- Manage interview processes and job offers
- Advertise live vacancies and source talent
- Learn sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Become an expert in a specialist market
- Work towards targets and earn commission on placements you make
