Full job description

Job Overview
Ultra Worx is seeking skilled and motivated Rope Access Technicians (IRATA Level 1 & 2) to join our growing team. This role involves delivering specialist working-at-height (WAH) services across a wide range of high-level and hard-to-access projects.

Our work covers rope access solutions, facade and structural maintenance, roofing and gutter services, fall protection systems, specialist installations, compliance inspections, high-level cleaning, modular installations, reactive maintenance, pest prevention systems, drone-assisted inspections, and window/facade cleaning.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, technically demanding projects while developing your skills within a professional and fast-growing rope access company.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out rope access operations safely and efficiently in line with IRATA guidelines
Perform facade and structural inspections, maintenance, and repair work
Support roofing repairs, gutter maintenance, and leak investigations
Install fall protection systems, safety lines, and access solutions
Carry out specialist installations (signage, lighting, architectural elements, etc.)
Conduct compliance inspections and assist with certification-related works
Perform high-level and window/facade cleaning
Carry out reactive maintenance and emergency repair tasks
Install pest prevention systems such as bird netting and spikes
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Requirements

IRATA Level 1 or Level 2 (essential)
Valid CSCS Card (essential)
Fit to Work Medical (preferred)
Proven experience working at height in rope access environments
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
Ability to use hand and power tools
Physically fit and comfortable working in demanding environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (Not Essential)

IPAF Licence
PASMA Certification
Experience across maintenance, inspections, or construction sectors
