Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various office software, including Sage 50 Accounts/ Sage 50 Payroll, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Generate sales orders, process invoices through Sage 50 Accounts, purchase ledger payments, maintain accurate records.
Organise haulage.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain and update Employee Health and Safety records.
Stock taking, order new materials as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Sage 50 and Sage Payroll is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team .
