Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical components operate safely and efficiently, supporting the smooth functioning of our operations. Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment using hand tools and power tools
Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they escalate
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections performed
Follow all safety protocols and electrical codes to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues
Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Assist in upgrading existing electrical systems to meet current standards and operational needs
Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards

Experience

Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar electrical role with hands-on work involving wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, and lighting systems
Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and voltage testers
Skilled in operating power tools safely and effectively for various installation tasks
Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices in electrical maintenance
Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics accurately
Prior experience working in industrial or commercial environments is preferred but not mandatory
Certification or licensing as required by local or national electrical authorities is highly advantageous
