Full job description

Description

We are recruiting staff to serve food, confectionery, hot /cold drinks, etc.
The shifts are approx. 4 - 6 hours home match day only (usually Saturday ko. 3.00pm.).
Staff will be expected to work at a fast pace as we only have a smalltime frame to serve the supporters.

The stadium is very busy on a match day but there is a good atmosphere within the team and you get to know the supporters.

Experience is a bonus, but not essential as full training given onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include using tills, recording information, replenishing stock, ensuring your work area is clean and tidy.
You will also be expected to handle food this can include an element of cooking.
You will be expected to work as part of a team as there are 22 concourse bars and kiosk around the stadium.
Customer care is very important to us, so you will be expected to be polite and helpful to all individual customers..
As a casual worker you must adhere to the club’s safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.

Actively promote the club’s equality policies and practices to ensure a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
