We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Senior Bathroom Designer to join our team in Hitchin.

The Role
As a Senior Bathroom Designer, you'll take ownership of the complete customer journey, helping people make one of the most important decisions for their home.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting home design consultations and welcoming customers into our Hitchin showroom.
- Designing beautiful, bespoke mobility bathrooms tailored to each customer's individual needs.
- Producing accurate quotations and confidently guiding customers through the decision-making process.
- Managing your sales pipeline through proactive follow-up and excellent customer communication.
- Building relationships within the local community to generate additional business opportunities and referrals.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completed installation.
- Completing all sales administration accurately and on time.
- Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM systems.
- Working closely with our Operations team to ensure every installation is delivered to the highest standard.
- Helping generate customer referrals and five-star reviews that continue to strengthen the BMAS brand.
About You
We're looking for someone with proven experience designing and selling bathrooms or home improvement projects.
Experience within the bathroom industry is highly desirable, and you'll be comfortable discussing layouts, installation considerations, product options and creating solutions tailored to each customer's home.
While previous mobility bathroom experience isn't essential, you'll have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to learn a specialist sector that genuinely changes people's lives.
