Junior Sales Executive – Kickstart Your Career in Sales!

Based in Reading | £24,000 + Monthly Bonus | £30,000 OTE

MotorEasy is on the lookout for Junior Sales Executives to join our fast-growing, tech-driven motoring services company. No sales experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training and support you need to thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

Making outbound calls using our smart dialler system – no cold calling!
Updating and verifying customer information (data cleansing).
Smashing monthly targets for lead generation and follow-ups.
Managing callbacks to ensure timely customer engagement.
Delivering first-class customer service with a friendly, professional approach.
Working independently and as part of a tight-knit team.

Motivated, reliable, and hungry to earn.
Great communication skills and confident on the phone.
A positive attitude and a desire to grow your career in sales.
No experience needed – just bring your drive and personality!

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 9:30am to 6:00pm

(one late shift a week: 10:30am–7:00pm)

Saturdays: Up to 2 per month (10:00am–4:00pm), usually just 1
