Full job description

HK Law Law is a leading law firm based on the South Coast, providing legal services to clients locally, nationally and beyond from a network of offices across the region. We offer an inclusive and supportive working environment that encourages both personal and professional development.

We are now seeking a full-time Office Supervisor to be located at our Swanage branch.

As part of a wider team of Office Supervisors who are located at the HK Law offices and who report to the Practice Manager, this role is based on our Swanage reception desk. The focus of this role is to provide a first class ‘Front of House’ service to clients and visitors to the office and to oversee the operational functions across the office, including buildings maintenance. You will also be responsible for supporting the legal teams with a range of administration tasks, particularly in relation to clients attending meetings, as well supporting the Practice Manager in areas such as attendance management, holiday records and Health and Safety. Overall, this role is key to creating a positive, welcoming and safe environment for those working at the office and for those individuals attending it.

Candidate Profile: Suited to individuals with outstanding client service skills and a smart demeanour, candidates should have previous reception/ front of house experience that has been gained within a professional environment, along with efficient and accurate administration skills. Equally important is a friendly and welcoming attitude and the enthusiasm for working as part of a team. Due to urgent business need, candidates who can join us in September or early October are preferred.

Please be aware that some of the training for this role may take place at one of our other offices where there is no reliable public transport, therefore you will ideally be a driver with daily access to a car.

Hours
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.15pm with one hour lunch break (38.75 hours per week) Please note flexi-time or staggered start/end times are not possible in this position due to the nature of the role.

Salary
Salary is from NMW/NLW up to £28,000 per annum (salary stated is a guide only and any subsequent offer will be dependent upon skills, competency and experience level)
