Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Grill Chef to join our dynamic culinary team as a Live-In professional. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of food safety and quality, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The position offers the unique benefit of live-in accommodation, fostering a dedicated and focused work environment while providing an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a vibrant setting.

Duties

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of grilled dishes along with the full menu, so a CDP level will be needed, according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area at all times
Assist in meal planning and ingredient preparation to optimize efficiency during service
Serve dishes promptly while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and support smooth kitchen operations

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in meal preparation and serving is highly desirable
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering memorable dining experiences
