Full job description

We are seeking a highly organised Receptionist/Clinical Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of our private dermatology and aesthetic clinic in Mayfair.

This is a varied administrative role combining document management, compliance support and reception duties.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organise clinic records and filing systems
Support the management team with general administrative tasks
Welcome patients and assist with reception duties when required
Assist with appointment bookings And taking payment
Ensure records are accurate, organised and up to date

Requirements

Previous administration or receptionist experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience within a healthcare, medical, dental or aesthetic clinic is desirable.

This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, organisation and supporting a busy clinical team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
