Role Overview

As the department Administrator, you will be the central hub of our engineering team.

You will support our plumbers & engineers, manage client documentation and ensure our operations run smoothly.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to handle technical reports.

Key Responsibilities

Check & Send reports

Produce quotes using engineers reports for remedial work.

Book site visits using Resource Planner portal ensuring all engineers have work.

Review recommendations and send to account managers.

Asset loading, amendments/removal following visits

Upload docs to portal

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning bespoke scheduling software

Exceptional attention to detail with a background in administration,

Communication skills - professional verbal and written communication skills

Time Management - ability to prioritise a busy workload and multitask under pressure

The Package;

£28-£30k per annum

25 days annual leave plus all Bank Holidays, moving to 30 days annual leave with long

service

Full UK driving licence is essential for this role

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
