About the Role
As a Team Leader, you'll help ensure the safe, effective delivery of homecare services and act as a key point of contact for service users, families, staff, and healthcare professionals.
You'll support the day-to-day running of the service, coordinate care delivery, and provide guidance and support to community-based care staff.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, incidents and emergencies

Support the effective day-to-day delivery of care services

Monitor electronic call monitoring systems to ensure visits are delivered as planned

Support and guide care staff working in the community

Manage incoming calls and resolve issues promptly

Identify, report and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately

Maintain accurate records and use IT systems effectively

Coordinate staff absences and arrange cover where required

Undertake care visits when necessary

Ensure effective communication and shift handovers

Promote dignity, respect, confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Follow company policies, procedures and training requirements
