Pay

Door Supervisor: £14.50 per hour +
Head Door Supervisor: £17.50 per hour +

What You'll Be Doing

Every venue is different, but your role will include:

Providing a visible, professional security presence.
Welcoming customers while maintaining a safe environment.
Managing entry and exit procedures.
Preventing and resolving conflict using excellent communication skills.
Responding calmly and professionally to incidents.
Working closely with venue management, emergency services, and fellow team members.
Completing clear and accurate incident reports when required.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in attitude just as much as experience.

You'll need:

A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A professional, reliable, and approachable manner.
The ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
