Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Coach / Personal Trainer and inspire individuals to achieve their fitness goals through expert guidance, motivation, and personalized training programs. In this role, you will empower clients to improve their strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall well-being while fostering a positive and energetic environment. Responsibilities

Design and deliver customized workout plans tailored to each client’s fitness level, goals, and medical considerations
Lead engaging training sessions that motivate clients to push their limits safely and confidently
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy, and injury prevention strategies
Track progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement
Foster a supportive environment that encourages consistency, discipline, and enthusiasm for fitness
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and training areas to uphold safety standards
Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance coaching quality

Requirements

Proven sports coaching experience or personal training background with demonstrated success in client development
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
Solid knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology to guide safe training practices
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for motivating others and promoting healthy lifestyles
Certification in personal training or relevant sports coaching credentials preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is valued
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
