Full job description

Are you an organised administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating multiple activities, building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring training programmes run smoothly? If so, we're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Thurrock and play a key role in supporting the delivery of training across the business.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

Support the day-to-day running of the training department
Liaise with managers to organise and schedule both virtual and face-to-face training events
Arrange training venues and source external training providers
Manage training schedules in line with agreed customer budgets
Maintain training databases, ensuring compliance records, course completions and qualification expiry dates are accurate and up to date
Produce monthly reports detailing training completed across the operation
Provide general administrative support to the training function
Collect and review feedback from training sessions to help measure programme success

What you need to succeed at XPO:

Previous experience working within a busy office or administrative environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities and deadlines simultaneously
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and use your own initiative
Strong organisational skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
