Administrator / Customer Service Assistant

Location: On-site in air conditioned offices

JDM Car Parts UK Limited is a fast-growing specialist supplier of car parts for imported Japanese vehicles.

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join our expanding team. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping customers, and are keen to learn new skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Taking customer orders over the phone.
Answering customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Updating and managing our social media platforms.
Creating, organising and maintaining product listings using Linnworks, Shopify and eBay.
General administrative duties to support the day-to-day running of the business.

Someone who is eager to learn new skills and develop within the business.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, administration, e-commerce or social media is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
